The last few months have been hectic to say the least! We are from the third leg of the summer world tour, New Orleans, ATL, Jamaica, WI, NC, VA, wow!
I am back in the studio, working on Music Book Vol. 2 and preparing to shoot a new music video, “All the Children”. If you want to be in this video check out this link:
It is our desire to keep you informed and updated on the ministry and music of Mel Holder.
Well although it’s a pretty soggy Monday here in NYC, I am busy in the studio working on the latest Mel Holder CD - Music Book Vol. 2, this CD will feature a collection of eclectic traditional songs done in a whole new way. We are working with our director and producer on s few videos for the new CD as well.
I want to thank everyone who made it out to the CD signing in Brooklyn this Saturday. Needless to say it is always great to meet old friends of the ministry as well as make new ones.
Well I need to get back to work, but I just wanted to touch base with my loyal friends and subscribers!
Meet Mel Holder Saturday, May 1 at Praise Quest Christian Book Store in Kings Plaza Mall on the second level in Bklyn, NY at 2 pm! He will be playing and signing his CD’s.

2009 is gone just as swiftly as it arrived! With all it’s up and downs, one constant remained-God was and is ever ‘Faithful’!
God saw fit to allow our ministry to be nominated for 2 Stellars and become a final nominee in the Instrumental CD category.
We had 5 music videos produced, we spent more time on the road going to new place and meeting new people.
We enjoyed ourselves at the 2009 Barbados Gospel Fest, what a beautiful country!
We had the opportunity to minister in places we never had before. We broke into new ministry territories as well. We were able to forge new relationships with some mighty men and women of God in ministry.
We also had some sad moments most notably the loss of a dear friend in ministry, The Rev. Noah B. Barefoot Jr., 47, passed away Friday, Oct. 16, 2009. … He was the current pastor of Grace Outreach Ministries in Winterville, NC.
Some many more wonderful and great things happened by God’s grace and unmerited favor.
2010 looks to be bright and full. We are headed to Nashville for The Stellar Awards in January. We are headed over seas this coming year, from Germany to Australia and points .
The ‘Make It Happen Tour’ will be coming to a city near you as well, so keep a look out for it.
